I placed order and my Acct was charged Jan 22 . I have not received the gift cards I ordered and have not had reply to 2 emails sent asking where my order is. Help please.

I'm sorry you have had trouble getting customer support. I just did a search on all our e-mails, and I could not find any emails received under your e-mail address or the name Moncie Rose.
I just resent the gift cards information via e-mail. You should be receiving them in another e-mail thread. Please feel free to to reach out if you do not receive the e-mails with the gift card information.
