I'm sorry you initially received the wrong shirt. I checked our emails and we did respond saying we would send out the correct shirt, and it shows that our response was seen by you. I see that you wrote this review on a Sunday. We are a small locally owned company and do not have a staff responding to emails during the weekend, so that may be the cause of the delay.

Inconsistent shirt sizes
I was excited to receive my shirt I purchased from FSG, when I tried it one I realized it was a slim fit large and I’d have to send it back because it was too fit in the chest area. Switching out for a different size and talking with customer support was painless, they kept me up to date. The reason for the 1 star is by the time I received the new shirt, it was a normal fit extra large. It was disappointing to wait for the right size to come in, and it not fit. I was excited to receive the shirt, but I ended up giving it away. It wasn’t worth having to send it back and deal with the wait again, their shirts are cool and I would have been happy to buy more. I just can’t order from a site that doesn’t have consistent sizes, I don’t know how one shirt can be a slim fit and then the replacement shirt end up being a normal sized one.
