A friend recommended the “perfect tee” from FSG and I was pumped. I’ve been trying to find new shirts for a while that didn’t fit weird since I’ve been losing weight and the in-between is either too tight or big and boxy. So I ordered four of these - white, light gray, dark gray, light brown. This review is for dark gray.
Unlike the first shirt (check white tee review page for more info), the collar on this one is great and lies like normal. But one of the first shirt’s good things was that I could see the vision - the bottom half fit really nice. But with this shirt, the entire fit seems off. It’s a lot smaller and tighter - form-fitting, in a bad way for my body at least lol.
I’m willing to go against my own self-consciousness to post a pic of the size differences in these shirts. Look at the pocket on my shorts or the placement on my arms to see how high it is. Look how it wraps around my belly. I haven’t washed this shirt at all, so it wasn’t accidentally shrunk.
And I know people may say “they both look small, maybe you should have gone bigger”. I’m currently losing weight. So one day, this one will fit I imagine, but be a completely different fit than the white one, which I like the fit of more on the lower half. It was a let down to have an issue with the next shirt right after the first one, but this one seems like it might resolve itself to some degree. The issue is that they’re different sizes in general, which I’m confused about. Anyway, the other two shirts of the four I order, I haven’t opened cause one color I know I’m gonna exchange and the other I’m just not even wanting to get annoyed about yet.
