During COVID, an unhoused woman asked me to buy her some bottled water when I was going into a tourist shop on 6th to get some gum. I did not buy said woman any water because every bar on the street had free water jugs and cups sitting outside their doors. When I walked out without water for her, she yelled: "You couldn't even buy me water? You DUMB BITCH." I immediately started laughing and have enjoyed that phrase for years. So imagine my delight when I saw this hat on a shelf. It needed to be mine.
