FSG is one of the few shops in central Texas that offers poster and flatstock printing. We can handle anything as small as business cards on up to show posters.

While we specialize in screen printing, we also offer digital printed options as well.

Our presses are equipped with oversized platens that give us the ability to print 22" by 22" bandanas. Thats why FSG has been the go to printer for bandanas in Austin.

We offer anywhere between one and four colors for our bandana prints.

Our custom design service works with you one-on-one to turn your concept into a finished piece—ready to print, wear, or share.

We offer screen printed heat transfers applied to hats for a lower cost and faster turnaround alternative to embroidery. For best results, we recommend using foam front hats or any blank without a seam in the middle of the hat.

Your art is printed onto a carrier sheet, and we use heat and pressure to transfer the image onto the cap.

What are the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for screen printing? Orders with 24 units or less are done using digital printing. We also provide heat transfer options, including direct-to-film (DTF), vinyl, and screen-printed transfers.

Do we offer design assistance? Yes, we help you get your image print ready as well as have a team of artists to bring an idea alive. Visit our custom design page for more info.

Do you produce samples or one-offs? No as screen printing requires the same set up for 1 or 1,000 units. 

Can I supply my own garments? Yes with a MOQ of 24. You can also view our garment gallery and work with our sales team to find a garment that fits your project.

What is the minimum order for embroidery? The minimum is 24 pieces per design, per placement. If you need something different, our sales team would be happy to discuss it.

How many thread colors can I use in my design? We recommend 2 to 4 thread colors for clean results, but we can handle designs with 7 or more colors.

What’s the maximum size for an embroidered design? Size depends on the garment and material. Hat embroidery is limited to a maximum of 4.7" wide and 2.25" tall. Other garments can range from 0.5" to over 13". 

What embroidery styles and customization options do you offer? We offer flat and 3D puff embroidery in a wide range of thread colors, including metallic options. Contact our sales team if you have questions about custom features.
